IDXtract is a circulating-free DNA (cfDNA) extraction kit optimized for the use on biological samples such as blood plasma.
The kit is based on silica membrane columns, enabling reproducible recovery of high-quality cfDNA.
This kit concentrates cfDNA dn a low elution volume suitable for a wide range of applications, including real-time PCR (qPCR), digital PCR (dPCR), next-generation sequencing (NGS) and genomic hybridization technologies.
