IDXtract-MAG-FFPE is a kit for extracting nucleic acids from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded(FFPE) tissue sections using magnetic beads.
It enables highly efficient DNA extraction for downstream applications such as real-time PCR (qPCR), digital PCR (dPCR), next-generation sequencing (NGS) and genomic hybridization technologies.
These kits enable the extraction of FFPE tissue sections from 5 to 10 μm on slides or from chips. Magnetic bead technology allows maximum flexibility and easy adaptation for automated use.
Extraction can be carried out by an automaton such as theIDEAL™ 96 High Purity Extraction Kit (ID SOLUTIONS), theIDEAL™ 32 Extraction Kit (ID SOLUTIONS) or any other open magnetic bead automaton.
