IDXtract-MAG is a cell-free DNA(cfDNA) extraction kit optimized for use on biological samples such as blood plasma.
The kit is based on magnetic bead extraction, enabling reproducible recovery of high-quality cfDNA.
This kit concentrates cfDNA in a low elution volume suitable for a wide range of applications, including real-time PCR (qPCR), digital PCR (dPCR), next-generation sequencing (NGS) and genomic hybridization technologies.
Extraction can be performed by a robot such as theIDEAL™ 96 High Purity Extraction Robot (ID SOLUTIONS), theIDEAL™ 32 Extraction Robot (ID SOLUTIONS) or any other open magnetic bead robots.
