The IDIDH1-2 kit is a ready-to-use multiplex assay for the detection and quantification by digital PCR of mutations in the IDH1 (Isocitrate DeHydrogenase (NADP(+)) 1, cytosolic) and IDH2 (Isocitrate DeHydrogenase (NADP(+)) 2, mitochondrial) genes.
This optimized reaction system offers a multiplexed solution enabling simultaneous amplification of several variants of the IDH1 R132X (R132H, R132C, R132S, R132G, R132L) and IDH2 R172X (R172W, R172G, R172K, R172M) regions for each sample in a single PCR reaction.
The kit can be used on circulating DNA samples (cf-DNA) extracted from plasma, or on genomic DNA samples (gDNA) isolated from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue.
