The iSolutions™Enteric Virus Fullplex qPCR kit is a kit based on real-time RT-PCR technology for the qualitative detection of RNA from Rotavirus A, Norovirus GI/GII, Astrovirus, Sapovirus GI/GII and DNA fromAdenovirus F40/F41, viruses responsible for diarrheal diseases.
This qualitative fullplex system enables specific, simultaneous amplification of all targets in a single well for each sample.
The kit is to be used with nucleic acid samples previously extracted from stool samples taken in Cary-Blair transport medium.
Intended for in vitro diagnostic use (CE-IVD marked), the iSolutions™ Enteric Virus Fullplex qPCR kit facilitates the diagnosis of intestinal infections caused by viruses.
Thanks to its universal PCR program, the kit can be used simultaneously with all products in the iSolutions™range .
