The iSolutions™Enteric Bacteria & C. difficile Fullplex qPCR kit is a real-time PCR-based kit for the qualitative detection of DNA from Vibrio cholerae, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Vibrio vulnificus, Vibrio fluvialis, Plesiomonas shigelloides, Aeromonas spp and Clostridium difficile.
This qualitative fullplex system enables specific, simultaneous amplification of all targets in a single well for each sample.
The kit is to be used with nucleic acid samples previously extracted from stool samples taken in Cary-Blair transport medium.
Intended for in vitro diagnostic use (CE-IVD marked), the iSolutions™ Enteric Bacteria & C. difficile Fullplex qPCR kit facilitates the diagnosis of intestinal infections caused by bacteria.
Thanks to its universal PCR program, the kit can be used simultaneously with all products in the iSolutions™ range.
