This privacy policy (the “Policy”) applies to ID SOLUTIONS, whose registered office is located in Grabels (34790), France. For the purposes of this privacy policy, information about you is referred to as personal data (or “Personal Data”). We may collect or obtain such Personal Data because you have communicated it to us (for example,

purposes of our business) or because such Personal Data is publicly available.
Nature and purpose of processing

ID SOLUTIONS strives to ensure that Personal Data in its possession is :

Data retention period
We will keep your Personal Data on our systems for the longest of the following periods:
I) the period necessary for the business or operations
II) any retention period required by law
III) the end of the applicable limitation period following any litigation or investigation that may arise
in connection with the activity or services concerned, unless a prior request for deletion has been
sent to dpo@id-solutions.fr. At the end of this period, your Personal Data will be destroyed, in
accordance with applicable regulations.
Rights of Individuals
In accordance with national and European law, any natural person is entitled to exercise the following
rights with ID SOLUTIONS, which carries out processing of their Personal Data:
– Right of access (Article 15 RGPD), rectification (Article 16 RGPD), update, completeness of
your data ;
– Right to erasure (or “right to be forgoten”) of your Personal Data (Article 17 RGPD), when it
is inaccurate, incomplete, equivocal, out of date, or whose collection, use, communication or
storage is prohibited;

– Right to object to the processing of your data (Article 21 RGPD) systematically for cases of

Intellectual Property / Rights granted to users
The general structure of the ID SOLUTIONS site, as well as its content (text, graphics, images, sounds
and videos), are the property of id-solutions.fr and its partners, with the exception of Contributions
sent by users or Contributors.
Any representation, reproduction, partial or total exploitation of the contents and services offered by
the ID SOLUTIONS site, by whatever means, without the prior writen authorization of the magazine’s
editorial manager, the webmaster or its partners, is strictly forbidden and would be liable to
