The IDEGFR-RESIST kit is a ready-to-use multiplex test for digital PCR detection of resistance mutations (T790M, C797S (cis/trans)) in theEGFR (Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor) gene.
This optimized reaction system offers a multiplexed solution for the simultaneous amplification ofEGFR mutations, including the T790M and C797S (cis/trans) mutations located in exon 20, in a single PCR reaction for each sample.
This IDEGFR-RESIST kit can be used in combination with the IDEGFR-SENSI and IDEGFRS-RARE products.
The kit can be used on circulating DNA samples (cf-DNA) extracted from plasma, or on genomic DNA samples (gDNA) isolated from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue.
