The IDEGFR-SENSI kit is a ready-to-use multiplex assay for digital PCR detection of common activating mutations (L858R, L861Q and exon 19 deletions) in theEGFR (Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor) gene.
This optimized reaction system offers a multiplexed solution enabling simultaneous amplification in a single PCR reaction ofEGFR mutations in each sample, including deletions inexon 19 and two substitutions, L858R and L861Q, in exon 21.
This IDEGFR-SENSI kit can be used in combination with the IDEGFR-RESIST and IDEGFR-RARE products.
The kit can be used on circulating DNA samples (cf-DNA) extracted from plasma, or on genomic DNA samples (gDNA) isolated from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue.
