The IDESR1 kit is a digital PCR test that detects, in a single well, activating mutations of the ESR1 gene present on Exon 8 and the E380Q mutation in plasma samples.
The solution includes a patented internal control: ICE (Internal Control of Extraction), which validates all stages of the analytical process.
The kit can be used on circulating DNA samples (cf-DNA) extracted from plasma.
