IDESR1+

This optimised reaction system offers a multiplexed solution enabling the simultaneous amplification, in a single PCR reaction, of mutations present on exons 8, E380Q, V422del/S463P and K303R of ESR1 for each sample.

The solution includes a patented internal control: ICE* (Internal Control of Extraction), which validates all stages of the analytical process.
