The IDKRAS-3X kit is a ready-to-use multiplex assay for the detection and quantification by digital PCR of mutations in exon 2 (variants G12X and G13X), exon 3 (variants Q61X) and exon 4 (variants A146X and K117).
This optimized reaction system offers a multiplexed solution enabling simultaneous amplification of each sample in a single PCR reaction .
The kit can be used on circulating DNA samples (cf-DNA) extracted from plasma, or on genomic DNA samples (gDNA) isolated from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue.
