oSolutions™ EGFR 4 exon mutations (SR) kit is a qualitative detection system for mutations present in exon 18 (G719X), exon 20 (S768I, C797S, T790M) and exon 21 (L858R/L861Q), as well as deletions in exon 19 (Del19) of the Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) gene.
This optimized reaction system offers a multiplexed solution for the simultaneous amplification, in a single PCR reaction, of mutations present on exons 18, 20 and 21 and deletions on exon 19 of EGFR for each sample.
The kit can be used on circulating DNA samples (cf-DNA) extracted from plasma, or on genomic DNA samples (gDNA) isolated from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue.
